The prologue of journey

“Kohiru" is a word used by artisans and farmers to refer to the refreshment between work, and is an ancient and unique Japanese food culture that means a short break or a snack. We designed an original “Kohiru” as the platform of travel arrangement, inspired by the Japanese concept of the stacked box of Bento and the outside tea ceremony of nodate. Also, taking a hint from the style of English afternoon tea, expressing and creating a modern and sophisticated dining scene. The dining experience includes dishes and utensils made exclusively for the guests, using traditional local craftsmanship, carefully prepared with fresh, local ingredients to delight your senses. Together with heartfelt hospitality of special masters in special places, we offer you a unique and extremely high quality dining experience to start your journey.
